Attendees who wish to submit an abstract must first register to attend the meeting. After completing your registration, you will receive a confirming email containing a link to the abstract submission site. Check your junk folder if you do not receive this email within moments of registering and contact us to resend it if need be.

Cancellations
Cancellation requests should be sent in writing to info@helicasesconference.com. Payments will be refunded as follows:
Cancellation on or before April 1, 2025 – full refund, less $125 administrative fee
Cancellation from April 2 through May 15, 2025 – 50% refund
Cancellation on or after May 16, 2025 – not refundable
Registrations may be transferred to another attendee in lieu of cancellation. To arrange a substitution, send email to info@helicasesconference.com.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSIONS
Presenting authors will need to register for the meeting in order to submit an abstract. The link for abstract submission will be sent in a confirming email message after registration is completed.
Submission Deadline: March 10
The cutoff time is 23:59 Pacific Time (U.S. west coast). You must be registered to attend the meeting prior to submitting an abstract.
Guidelines
Submissions will be subject to the following limitations: Title = 40 words; Abstract = 400 words; image files cannot be included. Please enter authors in the same order they are to appear in the program. A template will not be provided.
You will be able to edit the submission after you submit it, however the submission must be completed by the deadline date. All subsequent logins to amend an abstract must be done with the same user account as the original submission. Submitters are responsible for the accuracy of the abstract and author list!
Posters
Poster boards will hang vertically. Poster size should be A0 or no larger than 3 feet wide by 4 feet tall.
Decisions
Decisions about oral presentations will be sent by email in mid-April. All oral abstracts which are not selected for a talk will be automatically accepted as posters. One submission is sufficient – please do not submit the same abstract twice for both oral and poster.
